Notes: FULL EAST ASIAN CAST. A brilliant staging by professional theatre company Pangdemonium, took a very local spin on a Broadway classic. The set and costume design were breathtaking and the acting was very strong. The subtle subversive humour that reflected the Singaporean political sentiments resonated very well with the audience, hence the bursts of laughter throughout the musical. The standout performances were definitely by Mina Ellen Kaye (Hope Cladwell), Benjamin Chow (Bobby Strong), Mae Elliessa (Little Sally) and Adrian Pang (Officer Lockstock), and the latter two often broke the fourth wall. This capture in some scenes are midly obstructed by two heads, though for most scenes the view is mostly unobstructed. Minimal wandering, and with a variety of wide, mediums and stage shots. HD 1980x1080p capture in MTS format. Thoroughly enjoyable production.
